Security transparency
Security details and device checks.
Review the security information available for ᴏᴋx pro and ᴏᴋx pro x, and learn what to verify before setting up a hardware wallet.
Independent security audit
An independent audit report, scope and findings are not currently available on this site.
Secure element and chip certification
Secure-element hardware, the chip model and any component or device certification are unconfirmed.
Firmware source and review
Firmware source availability, licensing and independent review details have not been announced.
What a certificate covers
Check the exact model, version and evaluated scope in the certificate and report. A chip certificate applies to the evaluated component and scope. Assess the complete wallet and its firmware using evidence that covers those products.
Inspect the packaging and device
Check the seller against the official product information when it becomes available. Compare the box, device and included materials with the official instructions for the exact model. Inspect the exterior and any seal specified in those instructions for damage, missing pieces or signs of opening or resealing. Treat an intact seal as one check alongside device and firmware verification. Pause setup and check the help center for official guidance if anything looks altered or damaged.
Check the first startup
Follow the published setup steps for the exact model. If a device sold as new appears pre-initialized, has a preset PIN or includes a preprinted recovery phrase, stop setup and check the official guidance for your model. Leave supplied credentials unused and keep your own recovery information private and offline.
Verify authenticity and firmware
The model-specific setup and authenticity instructions for ᴏᴋx devices have not been published. If the official guide for your model specifies a genuine-device check or firmware verification, follow it and check the result before using the device. Read what the check covers and inspect the device separately. If a check fails or you cannot verify the device, pause setup and check the help center for guidance.
Verify separate software and transactions
When using independent software, check its official source and review the recipient, network, amount and requested permissions before approving a transaction. Keep private keys and recovery information offline, and out of websites, messages and support forms.
Official support information
The help center lists current product and setup information. The customer-support channel will be announced before orders open. Keep private keys, recovery phrases and PINs out of support correspondence.
